Ask a question01 How much does a website cost?
A Landing Page is RM1,000 and a Multi-Page Website of 3 to 5 pages is RM3,000. Both are custom designed and include the first year of hosting, a .com domain and an SSL certificate. An e-commerce website is quoted after a discovery call, and you get a fixed quote before we start.
02 How long does it take?
Two weeks for a Landing Page and four weeks for a Multi-Page Website, with two rounds of revisions built in. An e-commerce website's timeline is agreed in its quote. What most often delays a website is waiting for its content, so having your text and photos ready keeps it on schedule.
03 Do you use templates?
No. Every site is designed for your business and for what your customers search. We do reuse proven patterns for things like navigation and forms, because visitors already know how they work.
04 Who writes the content?
You supply the text and photos: what you do, photos of your work, your team and your premises, and any credentials or reviews. We shape them into pages with one clear message and next step, and tell you if anything important is missing.
05 Can I update the website myself?
An e-commerce website comes with its own admin, so you manage products, prices, stock and orders yourself. For a Landing Page or Multi-Page Website, send us the change on WhatsApp and we make it: a care plan covers up to 2 hours of small edits a month, and without one, edits are billed at RM150/hour.
06 Do I own the website?
Yes, all of it. The domain, hosting account, code, content, images and analytics are in your name from the first day. If you ever move on, everything goes with you.
07 Is SEO included, or do I need your SEO service as well?
Every website launches with basic SEO setup: page titles and descriptions, search-friendly headings, schema, an XML sitemap and Search Console. That lets Google find and read it properly. Our SEO service is what keeps it climbing afterwards, with new content, link building and local SEO. You can start with the website and add SEO once it is live.
08 Will a redesign lose my Google rankings?
Not if it is done properly. Before launch we map every old URL to its new page with a permanent redirect, keep the content that already ranks, and check indexing in Search Console after go-live. When rankings drop after a redesign, a missing redirect is almost always the reason.
09 What happens after the first year?
Hosting, the .com domain and the SSL certificate are free for the first year. From the second year they renew at RM450 a year, and renewing with us is optional: everything is in your name, so you can move it to any host. If you want the site to keep growing, our SEO service picks up where the build leaves off.
10 Do I need a website care plan?
No, it is optional. A care plan keeps your site updated, backed up every week and monitored for downtime, with up to 2 hours of small edits a month, for RM125 a month or RM1,000 a year. Without one, you pay RM150/hour only when you need a change, but nobody is watching the site in between.
